What We Offer

I know that cost is a real consideration especially when you're already in a hard season. I want to be upfront with you about pricing, and I also want to offer some perspective: the cost of doing nothing is almost always higher than the cost of getting the right help at the right time.

The couples who invest in an intensive or consistent therapy aren't just spending money. They're choosing their relationship and choosing to stop losing time.

Fees

60 Minute Assessment Session Fee $250

50 Minute Individual Session Fee $220

4- hour Couples Intensive Session fee $1200

Why Intensives Cost More

A full-day intensive is the equivalent of 1–3 months of weekly therapy — concentrated into one focused, structured experience. You're not just paying for hours. You're paying for faster results, less time in pain, and a level of depth that weekly sessions simply can't reach in the same timeframe.

*For couples in crisis, time matters. Every week you wait is another week of distance, hurt, and disconnection. An intensive shortens that gap dramatically.

A note on insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.

Couples therapy is not typically covered by insurance, but individual sessions may be reimbursable. I recommend calling your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.

Still have questions about cost or what's right for you?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk about your situation and figure out the best path forward together, no pressure, no commitment.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
