Honest answers about couples therapy, individual therapy, fees, and getting started in Temecula and across California.
Getting Started
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck, or you are a couple struggling with communication, trust, or conflict, therapy can help. It gives you a space to be honest, the tools to shift what is not working, and a guide who has helped many Temecula and Murrieta couples and individuals find their way back to themselves and each other.
Every prospective client starts with a free 30-minute phone or video consultation, which exists to answer exactly this. We talk through what brings you in, I explain how I work, and we decide together whether to move forward. Choosing a therapist matters, and you should get a feel for me first. If I am not the right fit, I will gladly point you toward someone who is.
Book a free 30-minute consultation, by phone or video. Pick a time, tell me a little about what is going on, and we will take it from there. You can schedule your consultation here.
