It begins with the intensity of a full four hour couples intensive and then continues with four dedicated follow up sessions over 60 days so the momentum never fades and the work never stops.

One four hour couples intensive to begin. We start with a joint session so I can see your dynamic firsthand. Then I meet with each of you individually so each partner has private space to be completely honest. We close with real time skill building and your personalized roadmap. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Four dedicated follow up couples sessions over 60 days. Scheduled at intentional intervals to maintain momentum, address what comes up in real life between sessions, reinforce the skills you are building, and keep you moving forward without losing the ground you have gained.
